One system for participant milestones, AI-drafted documents, and grant-ready outcome reporting, including Second Chance Act compliance forms generated with your organization's logo on top. Staff see progress, never private documents, and nothing a participant generates is stored on our servers.

A lot of what's out there is a case-management tool first, dressed up for the people required to use it. We started from the other direction.
| Capability | Typical reentry software | Forzara |
|---|---|---|
| Document visibility | A case file that follows someone everywhere, readable by staff | Staff see milestone status only, never document content |
| Resource lists | The same static list and outdated links, year after year | One ordered path, kept current, not a stale list of links |
| Built for | Compliance monitoring, not something someone actually wants to use | Real tools built for participants to succeed with: AI-drafted resumes, letters, and guided court forms they control |
| Ownership | No sense of ownership, someone else holds the story | The dignity of finishing something that's actually theirs |
Security that's built in, not bolted on.
These aren't policy promises, they're how the product actually works under the hood. Full technical detail, including our threat model, is public on the Security page.
Messages and any stored notes use AES-256-GCM, authenticated encryption, not just a password on the door.
Coaches and admins see milestone status only. No view, export, or admin tool anywhere in the product opens document content.
SMS-based two-factor login is available on every account, participant, coach, or admin.
AI-drafted documents exist in memory for the length of your request, then they're gone. Nothing is written to a database or a log.

They create their own accounts and move through one ordered path: identity & legal, housing & stability, employment, and financial rebuilding.
Approve milestones as they happen, use intuitive scheduling to keep participants engaged, and export a funder-ready report in one click.
Every outcome report, compliance form, and packet comes out the door with your organization's logo on top. Click a report to see what's inside.
Second Chance Act, Byrne JAG, HUD HMIS, SAMHSA GPRA, and CSBG/ROMA compliance packets, each toggled on per organization and generated with your organization's logo on top so it looks like it came from your team, because it did.
Pull a milestone progress report on one participant, or roll the whole org up into one outcome report, for any date range you need.
A printable Intro Packet is ready for every participant the day they sign up, staff can pull it from their file any time it's needed.
Case management, participant tools, and reporting, all in the same place.
See where every participant stands, and approve what needs your team's eyes.
One ordered sequence, so participants stop hunting for what comes next.
Not a policy promise. It's how the product is built.

No. The only information we keep is name, email, and join date. Every document Forzara generates is the participant's to save locally. We never store it on our servers or in a cloud.
No. Staff can see milestone status, not started, pending, or approved, plus any short note a participant voluntarily attaches. They cannot open or download document content, form inputs, or a permanent case file.
No. Forzara never generates reports about incidents, attendance problems, or anything that could be held against a participant. Reports exist to show what they're capable of, not to build a case against them.
Full compliance packets for Second Chance Act (Community-Based Reentry and Innovations in Supervision), Byrne JAG, HUD HMIS, SAMHSA GPRA, and CSBG/ROMA — each turned on per organization, plus org-wide outcome rollups for any date range and PDF/CSV exports for any funder. Every report generates with your organization's logo on top, ready to hand off as-is.
No. Forzara improves how something is said, it doesn't invent what someone did. Participants review and edit every line before anything is finalized.
One place for milestones, documents, and the reports your funders need to see, all built so your participants keep ownership of their story.
